Faculty Annual Reporting
Faculty are required to report academic and research data to their respective college early in the Spring semester. CALS faculty are required to report through Activity Insight and Arts faculty are required to report through the Arts Annual Reporting Website. The Graduate Field Assistant named here can assist faculty with the tools and requirements.
All faculty are also required to provide current CVs (long form) to the Chair’s Assistant to support the Chair’s effort in department level annual reporting as well as SIP planning. Contact: Patty Jordan (firstname.lastname@example.org)
All supervisors are required to provide annual performance reviews for regular staff. The department Administrative Manager will send out guidance, resources and deadlines each year, but for additional information please visit the Performance Dialogues section on the HR website. Annually in July all faculty and PIs are required to review for accuracy and certify to the salary / effort allocations applied to their respective sponsored projects.
